If you signed up with an account on our site, you may check the status of your order by logging in. Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Shipped orders should be marked as shipped, and they should be updated with a tracking number.
You will also be sent a shipping confirmation email automatically when your order ships, regardless of whether or not you signed up for an account with our site.
If the production period for your order has passed (this is indicated on the product page) and you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, we ask that you check your spam folder. If it still appears the order hasn't shipped, then please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
