PersonalThrow's Satisfaction Guarantee allows restitution for a customer in cases only relating to manufacturing errors meaning that an item will be remade for a reduced cost or no cost at all. Whichever solution is selected is done so at PersonalThrows management's discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
Dissatisfactory units must be returned to PersonalThrows' facilities in order for any case where an item is being remade at no cost.
In the case of customer dissatisfaction that factors into our Customer Responsibility clause, items cannot and will not be remade at no cost to the customer. This includes dissatisfaction relating to:
- Confusion or misinformation resulting from a failure to properly review and understand PersonalThrows' Terms & Conditions, its Image Acceptance Policy and its Image FileSize Guidelines.
- A poor quality item being produced because of the image submitted by the customer.
- Ordering the incorrect item due to not reviewing a product's information.
- Failure to review and understand the production time required for a specific product.
In all cases, the Satisfaction Guarantee in no way allows for cash refunds for personalized items even in spite of customer dissatisfaction.
Customer Error Clause
Although we strive for customer satisfaction, PersonalThrows cannot accept responsibility for errors made by customers when placing an order. These errors include, but are not limited to:
- Ordering the Incorrect Item
- Submitting the Incorrect Image
- Submitting errored/typoed/incorrect Personalization Text
- Entering an Incorrect Shipping Address
- Not responding to a Proof Approval
It is because of this that we strongly advise customers to carefully check the details of their order before submitting; make certain the correct item is being ordered, the correct image has been uploaded, and that the personalization text has been checked for errors in a word processing program before the order is completed.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, the customer accepts full responsibility for any errors made by them that may affect the quality and delivery time of their order.
Customer Responsibility Clause
In order to best process your order, you (the customer) understand that you will need to provide PersonalThrows with a functional email address and valid phone number so that we may reach you regarding any problems with your order.
Any communication regarding your order that requires a response -such as requests for a new image, or a proof of your order - must be responded to within 2 business days. If no response is received, your order will be sent to production without your approval.
PersonalThrows cannot accept responsibility for communicational errors caused by the customer, their email provider, or phone service.
Image Acceptance Policy
Submission of an image with a purchase constitutes acceptance that the customer assumes full responsibility for the image submitted - on a basis of both content or quality. Explicit and/or offensive images cannot be accepted. Copyrighted images cannot be accepted unless you are the copyright holder - submission of an image constitutes that you claim to hold the copyright. Thumbnail Images - smaller images used on the web - also cannot be accepted due to their small size and low quality. We also reserve the right to modify the image in a way to fit the best on the product, including but not limited to adding borders, color correcting the image, cropping the image. PersonalThrows reserves the right to reject images of this nature. PersonalThrows also reserves the right to reject images at its own discretion on the basis of image quality or content.
Customers are offered the opportunity to do a free image consultation by email before placing their order, which allows their image to be checked by PersonalThrows' art team to ensure it will print in good quality. In accordance with PersonThrows' Terms & Conditions, if a customer neglects to undergo an image consultation before placing their order or wishes to proceed with an image our Art Team has deemed poor quality, then the customer assumes full responsibility for a poor quality product being produced.
International Shipping and Customs
Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred on orders shipping outside of the United States. PersonalThrows cannot be held responsible for these costs and it is recommended that international customers inquire about any possible customs fees that may occur before placing their order.
Policy Regarding Changes to Proofs
Due to the margin for error caused by doing so, PersonalThrows cannot accept changes to proofs over the phone - all changes must be submitted by email. Changes requested over the phone will be rejected.
By accepting our Terms & Conditions, the customer indicates that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms.

Product Size Variances
Due to the nature of the textile materials used size variances will always exist on our products - meaning that some products will not measure the exact dimensions as advertised. You (the customer) acknowledge this by accepting our terms and conditions.
There is commonly a 5-7% variance in size due to the nature of materials used. Size variances of 7% or under will not be considered a manufacturing defect and are not seen as a legitimate reason for complaint, return, or restitution. While concerns about size variances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, you (the customer) accept, acknowledge and are bound by the terms of this section.
Polar Fleece & Coral Plush Fleece Blankets - These blankets may exhibit up to a 7% variance in size on both edges due to the semi-elastic nature of the material used to make them.
HD Woven Blankets - The size indicated for each product includes the fringes. The dimensions do not mean the image itself will be that exact size and additionally there is a 5-7% variance in size due to woven nature of product.
Jacquard Woven Blankets - The size indicated for each product includes the fringes. The dimensions do not mean the image itself will be that exact size and additionally there is a 5-7% variance in size due to woven nature of product and cotton shrinkage factors.
Canvas Gallery Wrap Prints - Due to the natural wood used in the stretcher bars to create these products, slight variances in size may occur.
PersonalThrows.com stands completely behind our products and guarantee that our personalized photo products are 100% free of defects in material and workmanship. All Personalthrows.com products are custom made, so please carefully review your selection before placing the order. No substitutions, changes or cancellations are available 1 business day or more after the order has been placed.
We strive to please all customers. However, due to our products being custom made, we cannot offer returns.
In the unlikely event of a customer receiving our product and not being satisfied, due only to a production or manufacturing error, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com or call 1-866-678-6933 within 7 days of receiving the order. After review of the concerns and issues, if the issue is deemed to be a manufacturing defect we will either redo it free of charge or offer a full store credit. For personalized and non re-sellable items we are unable to do returns for full cash refund.
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within the production time alotted for the product ordered, usually within less than a business day afterwards.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you byus or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Shipping Carrier Errors -- PersonalThrows makes a point of choosing which shipping method will get an order to its destination quicker for the best cost. However, we do not claim responsibility for errors made by shipping carriers that may result in an order being lost or arriving late. As we insure all of our shipments, orders lost in shipment can be replaced. However, PersonalThrows cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier itself. The customer hereby agrees to hold the shipping carrier responsible for such errors, and not PersonalThrows.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
