Our Return - Redo Policy PersonalThrows.com stands completely behind our products and guarantee that our personalized photo products are 100% free of defects in material and workmanship. All Personalthrows.com products are custom made specially for you, so please carefully review your selection before placing the order, No substitutions, changes or cancellations are available once the order has been placed.
We strive to please all customers. Quality satisfaction terms on all finished products are based on the image requirements being met as noted in our help section. Unfortunately, due to our products being custom made, returns due to poor quality images submitted will not be accepted. Please follow our recommendations on picture requirements to get the best results. For Example, Lighter back grounds and having main subject in the fore ground make better quality throws. Please refer to our Help Section for more details on which pictures work better before you place your order. If the image requirements are not met, before producing the product we will contact you requesting an alternative image meeting our requirements. If the requirements cannot be met, we’ll provide you with the option of continuing production with that image. In that case, the sale will be final. For finished products that have been produced after having met the image requirements, there is a satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event of a customer receiving our product and not being satisfied, contact our customer service returns dept at returns@personalthrows.com or call 1-866-678-6933 within 7 days of receiving the order for a resolution . After review of the concerns and issues, we will either redo it free of charge* or offer a full store credit . For a personalized and non resalable items we are unable to do returns for full cash refund.
