Design	Our custom design weaving artists are among the most experienced in the industry. Our professionals are sincerely dedicated to making every job THE BEST!	Some companies feel justified with not processing/adjusting the image files.
Material	Starting with superior uncolored yarn is a must. Unlike other manufacturers we dye our own yarn. The thinner the yarn the better the resolution. Our equipment allows us to utilize the thinnest of yarn.	Most other companies use thicker yarn (which produces a coarser weave and image. Their machines cannot handle the better fiber of a thinner yarn.
Technology	The number of ends is very important to resolution and clarity. Currently we are proud to hold the industry maximum. The difference is keenly noticed in the product!	Other companies do not even approach this high resolution. Thus the clarity/resolution of their photo image will be signifigantly reduced.
Finishing	The method used to wash and dye the throw must not be rushed. The product must be soft. Wash after wash -- the colors will not fade. A protective coating is applied. Our QC Department performs the final inspection.	Some companies do not apply a protective coating and the product can easily fade. Other companies are not as strict with their QC Department.

2. Superior Yarn Quality: Careful analyses of other industry photo-to-products clearly reveal what are referred to as cotton �moats� or seeds. The substantial amount of �moats� would cause our QC Department to reject as inferior. The �moats� are what give the final product a rougher �sandpaper� type texture as opposed to the softer feel of our throw.

3. Superior Weaving Technology: Our photo-to-tapestry throw blanket with decorative fringe (Easy care washable cotton) is constructed with 5328 Warp ends...the most industry-wide. The greater number of Warp ends with thinner yarn translates to finer detail and visual clarity.

Our leading-edge technology enables our looms to create more uniform and denser �solid areas� within each throw. It also provides greater potential detail with yarn selection / design. Careful analysis of other industry photo-to products reveal what are referred to as �yarn floats� between weave changes. This type of inferior quality would produce a much less visually appealing finished product and would be rejected by our QC Department.
